Trena J. Girouard, 67, of Meriden, loving wife of Thomas R. Girouard Sr., passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home, Tuesday, December 16, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Trena was born in Auburn, New York, December 12, 1958, a daughter of the late Donald Case and Yvonne (Murray) Case and had been a Meriden resident for many years.

In addition to her husband Thomas, she is survived by her children Tom Girouard Jr. and his wife Katie, Randall Parent and his wife Dawn, Shanna Benjamin and her husband Brandon, Tina Girouard and Carrie Girouard; her cherished grandchildren Destiny, Alexis, Trista, Randall III, Jacob, Emily, Tom III, Amber, Maximus, Myles, Joslynn, Orlando and Eliza; her brothers; and sisters Don, Dave, Paul, Kevin, Becky and Terry.  She was predeceased by her sister Diane Wotjunik.

Trena's family will receive relatives and friends at the Meriden Memorial Funeral Home, 450 Broad St., Friday, December 19, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m.  A funeral service celebrating Trena's life will follow at 11 a.m.  Final resting place will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Meriden.
