Steven B. Gregory, 64, passed away on Sunday December 13, 2015 at Masonicare in Wallingford after a brief illness.
Born on August 1, 1951 in Middletown, he was the son of the late Florence Barrett. Steven grew up in North Carolina prior to relocating back to CT. He graduated from Central Connecticut State College in 1978. Steven proudly served in the United States Navy. He worked for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft from where he retired after over 30 years of service. Steven was a member of the Central Baptist Church in Southington. He enjoyed travelling and ballroom dancing. A loving brother and uncle he will be greatly missed.
Mr. Gregory is survived by his sisters: Kathy L. Pegolo and her husband Edward Sr., Holly S. Hyder; six nephews: Jim Dorsey, Tony Dorsey, Thomas Dorsey, Timothy Dorsey, Edward Pegolo, Jr,, Brian Nestor; a niece Misty Hyder and several great nieces and a great nephew.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Wednesday December 16th from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Stempien Funeral Home, 450 Broad St., Meriden and attend his funeral service on Thursday December 17th at 10:00 a.m. in the Stempien Funeral Home.
