Steven D. Boucher, 54, died unexpectedly on Saturday February 7, 2015 at his home. He was the husband of Beth A. (Glidden) Boucher, his beloved wife of 32 years. Born on September 26, 1960 in Carlsbad, New Mexico, he is the son of Vincent Boucher, Sr. and Janet (Cameron) Boucher. Steven was a longtime resident of Meriden. He was employed as an equipment calibrator for Strain Measurement Systems in Wallingford. Steven enjoyed reading and collecting comic books, watching TV, movies and playing his guitar. He was tech savvy and especially liked working on his computer. A loving husband, father and grandfather, Steven will be greatly missed. Steven is survived by his son Jeremiah C. Boucher and his wife Adriana of Middletown; three daughters: Sharon R. Boucher of Meriden, Brenda M. Boucher and her fiancé Daniel Testa of TX, Jacquelyn G. Boucher of Meriden; two brothers: Bruce Boucher of Meriden, Vincent Boucher, Jr. of NH; two granddaughters: Ziana and Azaria Troche and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his biological father Ronald Keeney and sister Penny Marie Geer. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Friday evening February 13th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Stempien Funeral Home, 450 Broad St., Meriden and attend his funeral service on Saturday February 14th at 11:00 a.m. at the Stempien Funeral Home.
