Sharon Ann Gordon, 74, of Wallingford, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, December 19, 2024 at MidState Medical Center in Meriden.

Sharon was born in Meriden, November 16, 1950, a daughter of the late John Preira and Lorraine (Hale) Preira and had been resident of Meriden and Wallingford for many years.

She is survived by her three daughters Crystal Calderon, Patricia A. Stopa and her husband Krzysztof, and Belinda Preira; her cherished grandchildren Alexia, Justin, Alex, Raul, Jacob, Gabriel and Jazyiah; two sisters Cheryl Preira, Sandra Preira and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Deborah Preira.

A graveside prayer service will be held, Friday, January 3rd, 2025, at 12 p.m. in Walnut Grove Cemetery, (Section D) 817 Old Colony Road in Meriden.  There will be no public calling hours.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Meriden Memorial Funeral Home, 450 Broad St.
