Obituary

Ronald J. Reagan, 84, passed away on Saturday October 7, 2017.

Born on July 24, 1933 in Middletown, he was the son of the late Charles W. Reagan and beloved Mildred Mandeville. Ron was a longtime resident of Meriden. He attended Bentley College, majoring in accounting. He proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Ron was a self-employed accountant who worked for many businesses in the Meriden area. He was a very generous and kind individual who loved people, animals, especially dogs and plants. Ron donated his accounting services, his time and even personal funds to those in need. He will be greatly missed.

Mr. Reagan is survived by his sister-in-law Ethel Reagan; two nieces: Debbie and Melissa Reagan; two nephews: Steven Reagan, Joseph Turnage, his best friend Brian Brady and a host of lifetime friends. He was predeceased by his brother; several nephews and a niece.

Family and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday October 12th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stanislaus Church. Entombment with military honors will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery Mausoleum. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Stempien Funeral Home, 450 Broad St., Meriden.
