Robert Julius Lewis, beloved husband of the late Geraldine Lewis passed away peacefully on Saturday December 4 ^th , 2021.

Robert was the son of the late Julia and Thomas Lewis. He graduated from Horace Wilcox Technical School and Meriden High School. After being discharged from the U.S. Navy he was employed by American Cyanamid Company in Wallingford for forty years.

Mr. Lewis is survived by his brother-in-law, Philip Kurcon Jr. and his wife, Elfriede; a sister-in-law, Marie Lewis; and many nieces, nephews and godchildren who will miss him greatly. Robert was predeceased by his brothers Thomas, Ronald and sister Faith Quintaglie.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Thursday morning December 9th, at the Meriden Memorial Funeral Home, 450 Broad St., from 9:00 until 10:30 a.m., when the funeral cortege will proceed to St. Stanislaus Church, (St. Faustina Parish), 82 Akron St., Meriden for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Interment with military honors will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
