Meriden:  Raisa V. Vodopianova, 84, loving wife of the late Nikolai V. Vodopianov passed away peacefully, Sunday, July 21, 2024.

Raisa was born in Moscow, Russia, May 29, 1940, a daughter of the Vasiliy and Anastasia Pleshkov and had lived the majority of her life in Russia until immigrating to the United States..

She is survived by her daughter Irina Dobrushkin and her husband Nikolay Dobrushkin; her granddaughter Yuliya Dobrushkin; her grandson Maksim Dobrushkin and her beloved great grandchildren Allison Dobrushkin and Maksim Dobrushkin II.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside funeral ceremony, Friday, July 26, 2024 at 2 p.m. in Walnut Grove Cemetery, (Section 17) 817 Old Colony Road, Meriden.  The Rev. Joshua Mosher, Pastor of Saints Peter and Paul Orthodox Church in Meriden will officiate.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Meriden Memorial Funeral Home, 450 Broad St.
