Rafael A. Vargas, 77, beloved wife of Victoria (Davila) Vargas died on Friday October 4, 2013 at MidState Medical Center. Born on May 12, 2013 in Guzman Rio Grande Puerto Rico he was the son of the late Esteban Vargas-DeJesus and Dolores Rosa Vargas. Rafael was a longtime resident of Meriden. He was employed by AA Transportation as a Truck Driver.
