Peter P. Massaro, 82, loving husband of Louise (Sini) Massaro, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, July 7, 2025 at MidState Medical Center.

Peter was born in Meriden, June 21, 1943, a son of the late Anthony Massaro and Magdalena (Mik) Massaro and had been a lifelong resident.  He was employed by the U.S. Postal Service for 37 years as a letter carrier until his retirement and was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Church in Meriden.

In addition to his wife Louise, he is survived by 2 sons Peter T. Massaro and Paul A. Massaro; 2 stepsons Ryan Kerelejza and Marc Kerelejza; his 2 grandchildren Marcus Massaro and Candace Massaro; his brother Thomas Massaro and his wife Denise; several cousins; nieces; and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 11 a.m. in St. Stanislaus Church in Meriden.  Interment will follow in St. Laurent Cemetery.  There will be no public calling hours.  In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Peter may be made to St. Faustina Parish, 82 Akron Street, Meriden, CT. 06450.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Meriden Memorial Funeral Home, 450 Broad St. www.meridenmemorialfh.com
