Nighet Siddiqui, 81, of Avon, loving wife of Haroon Rarhid Siddiqui, passed away peacefully, Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Apple Rehab of Avon.

Nighet was born in Lucknow, India, June 28, 1939, a daughter of the late Syed Mehboob Hussain and Iqbal ul-Zehra Begum.

A graveside service was held Sunday, May 23, 2021 at the Islamic Center Cemetery in Enfield, CT.  Funeral arrangements were made under the direction of the Meriden Memorial Funeral Home, 450 Broad St., Meriden.
