Mary C. Kielbasinski, 82, of Meriden, passed away peacefully on Saturday August 19, 2017 at Midstate Medical Center. She was the wife of Raymond R. Kielbasinski Sr., her loving husband of 61 years.

Born in Boston, MA, on November 30, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Helen (Smith) Munroe. A longtime resident of Meriden, Mary worked for the telephone company of Boston; she also took great pride in being a housewife. Mary enjoyed gardening, sewing, trips to the shoreline in CT, and conversing with her friends and neighbors. She adored her children, grandchildren and great granddaughter.

Mary is survived by her daughters: Donna MacDonald and her husband Allan, Maryellen Kurker and her husband Craig Sr., Helen Walmark and her husband Reid, and her son Raymond Kielbasinski Jr. and his wife Linda, daughters Carla Kielbasinski, Lisa Kielbasinski and her boyfriend Barry. Her sister Madeline Pergola; seven grandchildren: Kyla and Ian MacDonald, Craig Kurker Jr., Cori Kurker, Marissa Furey and her husband Chris, Katie Kielbasinski, and Ariel Walmark; one great granddaughter Nora Mae Furey and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Mary was predeceased by her father and mother, five brothers: Hugh Monroe, Joseph Munroe, William Munroe, Ronald Munroe and Paul Munroe and one sister Patricia Munroe.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Thursday August 24th from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. and attend her funeral service at 10:30 a.m. at the Stempien Funeral Home, 450 Broad St., Meriden.
