Mark J. Polack, 56, beloved son and brother, died on Saturday November 21, 2015 at MidState Medical Center.
Born on May 18, 1959, he is the son of Marilyn (Maslar) Polack and the late Chester L. Polack. A lifelong resident of Meriden, Mark was a graduate of Maloney High School Class of 1977and a member of the PLAV. He had a passion for all things music, especially playing the drums.
Besides his mother, Mark is survived by his siblings Peter Polack of Meriden, Patty Polack of Meriden, Christopher Polack and his wife Lisa of Manchester, and many friends.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Monday November 30th from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Stempien Funeral Home, 450 Broad St., Meriden, CT. Burial is private. To send an online expression of sympathy please visit www.stempienfuneralhome.com. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Mark J. Polack may be made to The Maloney High School Marching Band, 121 Gravel St., Meriden, CT 06450.
