Maria L. Reyes, 81, of Meriden, loving wife of Jose Pagan, passed away peacefully, Saturday, June 1, 2024 at MidState Medical Center in Meriden.

Maria was born in Morovis, Puerto Rico, January 22, 1943, a daughter of the late Gumercindo Reyes and Carmen Aguila Sanchez and had been a Meriden resident for many years.  Maria will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother; and friend.

She is survived by her loving children and spouses Wilfred Reyes, Channy (Jeanette) Figueroa, Jacqueline (Edwin) Rodriguez, Frankie Figueroa, Natasha (Anthony) Frair, Catherine (Gerald) Clark and Jose A. (Jennifer) Pagan; many grandchildren; and great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her son Rene Reyes.

Her family will receive relatives and friends in The Meriden Memorial Funeral Home, 450 Broad St., Tuesday, June 4, 2024 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.
