Judith M. Pareti, 78, loving wife of Richard Pareti, peacefully entered eternal rest, Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at Complete Care in Meriden, with her devoted husband by her side.

Judith was born in Meriden, December 2, 1945, the daughter of the late Joseph Karsmarski and Julia Topor and was a lifelong Meriden resident. She was employed by the Berlin Board of Education for over 30 years as a 2nd grade teacher at Hubbard Elementary School and was an active parishioner of St. Stanislaus Church in Meriden, where she served as a lector. She enjoyed staying active, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Anne Pareti Rabiner and her husband Mark; her cherished grandsons Seth and Daniel Rabiner; her brother-in-law Joseph Pareti; several nieces; and a nephew. She was predeceased by her brother David Karsmarski; and her sister-in-law and brother-in-law Brenda and Thomas Farone.

Judith's family will receive relatives and friends at the Meriden Memorial Funeral Home, 450 Broad St., Wednesday, October 16, from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. when the procession will proceed to St. Stanislaus Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 noon. Interment will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Judith may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society at www.lls.org/donate or 1-888-557-7177.
