Jeanette A. (Oblon) Buksa, 90, of Meriden, loving wife of the late Walter Buksa, peacefully entered into eternal life, Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Hartford Hospital.

Jeanette was born in Meriden, June 28, 1930, a daughter of the late Vincent Oblon and Kazimiera (Pilch) Oblon and had been a lifelong Meriden resident.  She was employed in the office at Maloney High School until her retirement and was a parishioner of St. Faustina Parish, St. Stanislaus Church in Meriden.

She is survived by her two children Alan Buksa and Janet Buksa both of Meriden; and several nieces; and nephews.  She was predeceased by her sister Irene O. Wells; and her two brothers Joseph S. Oblon and John G. Oblon.

A private Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated in St. Stanislaus Church, followed by interment in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.  Gifts in memory of Jeanette may be made to St. Faustina Parish, 82 Akron Street, Meriden, CT. 06450 or a charity of one's choice.
