Janet S. Czerwonka, 81, beloved wife of the late Casimir Czerwonka died on Monday October 15, 2012 at the Meriden Center. Born in Troy, NY on November 2, 1930, she was the daughter of the late John and Julia (Waganka) Szaszkiewicz. Janet was a resident of Meriden for over 55 years and a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Church. She worked as a proof reader for the Meriden Record Journal for 12 years. Janet enjoyed collecting dolls and antiques. Mrs. Czerwonka is survived by her two sons Donald Czerwonka and David Czerwonka both of Meriden and her sister Olga Paradowski of NY.
