James K. Ariale, 59, beloved husband of Cynthia (Lorette) Ariale, died unexpectedly on Sunday July 16, 2017 at his home.

Born on October 16, 1957 he is the son of Marion (Guest) Ariale and the late Frederick Ariale, Sr. Jim was a lifelong resident of Meriden, he attended local schools and worked for Habasit America in Middletown and most recently Northeast Asphalt Maintenance. Jim liked to play basketball, swim and have a good time with his family and friends. He especially enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters.

Mr. Ariale is survived by his daughter Janna Peruta; two granddaughters: Delilah and Molly Peruta all three of Middletown; two brothers: Frederick Ariale, Jr., Joseph Ariale; three sisters: Robin Hollman, Karen Currie, Kathy Labeck and many nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his son John Ariale and a sister Jean Korab.
