Helen I. Wisniewski, 97, beloved wife of the late Charles F. Wisniewski died on Monday May 20, 2013 at MidState Medical Center. Born on February 25, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Felix and Pauline (Perchla) Kwasniewski. A lifelong resident of Meriden, Helen attended local schools and was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Church. Helen is survived by her children: Robert Wisniewski and his wife Jane of Wallingford, Richard Wisniewski and his wife Joyce of Meriden and Lorraine Mongrain of Wallingford; five grandchildren: David Mongrain and his wife Erika, Melissa Mongrain, Ricky Wisniewski and his wife Amy, Tim Wisniewski and his wife Amy and Jenn Wisniewski and her fiancé Marc Raymond and three great grandchildren: Peyton Mongrain, Skyler Wisniewski and Hailey Wisniewski. She was predeceased by her brother Edward Kwasniewski and her son-in-law George H. Mongrain. Mrs. Wisniewski's family would like to thank Dr. David Taraskevich for the loving care and friendship he had given to their Mom. They would also like to thank the staff of wing 200 at Coccomo and her special angels Madeline, Debbie, Valerie, Maria, Ebony and her nurse Maureen.
