Helen Evelyn (Brodrib) Fess of Berlin, CT, formerly of Fort Myers, FL, passed away at her home surrounded by family, on Saturday November 15, 2014. Born on February 10, 1923 in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late John "Al" and May (Fay) Brodrib. Helen regularly enjoyed playing Bridge and Yahtzee with many of her friends. She worked for the Bloomfield Public School system, and the state Labor Department. Helen was a devoted mother, and is survived by her son Robert Rungee and his wife Sally of Berlin, CT: her nieces Nancy Johnsen of Dalton, NY, Janet Heffner of Lakeland, FL and Preston, her canine companion. She was predeceased by her sister Velma Paquette, and her brother William Brodrib.
