Greg Grabarczyk, 63, of Meriden, loving husband and father, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 14, 2023.

Greg was born in Kłodzko, Poland, June 1, 1960, the son of Maria Grabarczyk of Częstochowa, Poland, and the late Hieronim Grabarczyk. He emigrated from Poland to Connecticut in 1981 where he met his late wife Ewa Grabarczyk and they started their family. Greg began his affinity for cars at an early age and built a career in the automotive space for many years until his retirement. In his free time, he was an avid coin collector, often spending many hours searching for hidden value. More recently he enjoyed visiting Puerto Rico with friends and traveling back and forth between Connecticut and Poland to spend time with his family.

Greg is survived by his daughter Paulina Sullivan and her husband, Brian of Avon; his mother Maria Grabarczyk and brother Krzysztof Grabarczyk of Poland, many nieces and nephews. He enjoyed spending time with, and loving canine companion Milo. He is predeceased by his beloved wife Ewa Grabarczyk.

Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral service, Monday, October 23, 2023 at St. Faustina Parish (St. Stanislaus Church), 82 Akron Street, Meriden, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Memorial donations in memory of Greg may be sent to Father Nadolny's Good News Fund, 467 Bloomfield Avenue, Bloomfield, CT 06002.
