Fred Nilsson, 81, of Meriden, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at MidState Medical Center in Meriden. Fred was born in the Bronx, N.Y., September 21, 1940, a son of the late Frederick and Eva Nilsson.  He was employed by Southern New England Telephone until his retirement. Funeral services for Fred are private and under the direction of the Meriden Memorial Funeral Home, 450 Broad St., Meriden.
