Ermelindo Morales Jr., 68, passed away peacefully, Friday, November 26, 2021 at MidState Medical Center in Meriden.

Ermelindo was born in Dorado, Puerto Rico, July 15, 1953, a son of the late Ermelindo J. Morales and Carmen Palmares and had been a Meriden resident for many years.  He was employed by Ideal Forging in Southington until his retirement.

He is survived by a loving family, his son Aaron Morales; his daughter Kimberly White; his companion of 29 years Maureen Hunderlach; and her son James Boland; many grandchildren; his step-father Carmelo Papotto; his half-sister Carmen Olga Morales; and his half-brother Ermelindo Morales; his uncle, whom he was very close to Diego Palmares and his wife Norma; many nieces; and nephews.  He was predeceased by his son Ermelindo W. Morales; and his sister Carmen E. Morales.

His family will receive relatives and friends at the Meriden Memorial Funeral Home, 450 Broad St., Tuesday, December 7 ^th , from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m.  A funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 11 a.m.  Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Meriden.  For online condolences visit: www.meridenmemorialfh.com
