Eileen M. Gallo, 79, beloved wife of the late Corrado S. Gallo died on Friday June 6, 2014 at Masonicare Health Center. Born on December 5, 1934 in Milo, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Derwood and Bridget (O'Shea) Farnham. Eileen was a longtime resident of Meriden and parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. She was an active member of the Wallingford Senior Center and fan of the Boston Red Sox. Eileen enjoyed line dancing, music and attending concerts. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Mrs. Gallo is survived by her son Michael S. Gallo and his wife Glory of Stratford; four daughters: Debbie A. Gallo of Unionville, Karen M. Gallo and her husband Dennis Schermerhorn of Waterford, Donna L. Gallo of Meriden, Gail A. Gallo of Meriden; 8 grandchildren: Joseph Gallo, Adam Gallo, Michael Gallo, Brian Sujecki, Ryan Gallo, Taylor DeBaise, Nicole Nevarez and Savannah Nevarez; her siblings: Al Farnham, Gail LaPoint and Gailen Farnham and his wife Charlotte; a sister-in-law Millie Young and her husband John and many nieces, nephews and special friends. She was predeceased by her sisters: Gloria DeMora, Kathleen Gorneault and Winona Hoyt.
