Edward N. Putnam, 91, of Southington, loving husband of Barbara (Gniewek) Putnam, passed away peacefully, Saturday, November 4, 2023.

Edward was born in Dublin, New Hampshire, April 16, 1932, a son of the late Frank Putnam and Charlotte (Moses) Putnam and had been a Meriden and Southington resident for many years.  Edward was employed by the City of Meriden and State of Connecticut until his retirement.

In addition to his wife Barbara, he is survived by his three children, David (Maria), Putnam, Daniel (Denise) Putnam and Janice (Michael) D'aloisio.

His family would like to thank his homecare aides, the Hospital of Central CT. in New Britain, and the Summitt of Plantsville for their compassionate and professional care.
