Dorina E. (Albano) LeRoy, 75, of Meriden, loving wife of the late Ralph LeRoy, peacefully entered into eternal life, Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at St. Francis Hospital.

Dorina was born in Meriden, June 23, 1945, the daughter of the late Rocco Albano and Doris (Bonfatti) Albano and had been a lifelong Meriden resident.  Dorina was a graduate of Quinnipiac University and had been employed as a bookkeeper for many years at W. T. Grant, The Home Meat Center, Butler Paint and New Haven Grinding Co.

She is survived by her son Daniel LeRoy and his wife Jennifer of South Meriden; and her beloved grandson Kevin LeRoy.  She is also survived by her brothers, Joseph Albano of Wallingford and Rocco Albano Jr. and his wife Claire of Southington; stepchildren Gino Vitale and Tammy Day; and many extended family members.  She was predeceased by her son James L. LeRoy and her stepdaughter Patricia Kafka.

Her family will receive relatives and friends at the Stempien Funeral Home, 450 Broad St., Meriden, Sunday, January 17, 2021, from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.  All visitors are asked to attend in accordance with CDC guidelines, wear face coverings and practice social distancing.  A funeral service will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. in the Stempien Funeral Home.  Entombment will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery Mausoleum.  For online expressions of sympathy visit: stempienfuneralhome.com
