Dhiaa Shubber, of Weston, CT. passed away peacefully, Saturday, September 6, 2025 in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Dhiaa was born in Najaf, Iraq, September 2, 1962, a son of the late Issa Abbas Shubber and Zahoori Naji.  He was employed as a civil engineer until his retirement.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from the Meriden Memorial Funeral Home.  Interment was in Garden's of Peace Cemetery, Cheshire, CT.

Funeral Arrangements were made under the direction of the Meriden Memorial Funeral Home, 450 Broad St., Meriden.
