Cheryl J. Coates, 72, of Wallingford, peacefully entered into eternal rest, Saturday, August 27, 2022.

Cheryl was born in Meriden, May 1, 1950, a daughter of the late Harold C. Coates and Lucille (Nordman) Coates and had been a Wallingford resident for many years.

She is survived by her cousin Laura E. Nordman and her family of Massachusetts.

Funeral services for Cheryl are private and under the direction of the Meriden Memorial Funeral Home, 450 Broad St., Meriden.
