Bertha R. (Zwolenski) Erazmus, 98, of Meriden, loving wife of the late Thaddeus Erazmus, passed away peacefully, Monday, February 8, 2021 at MidState Medical Center in Meriden.

Bertha was born in Wallingford, October 9, 1922, a daughter of the late Louis Zwolenski and Mary (Pietrzak) Zwolenski and had been a Meriden resident for many years. She was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Church and a member and secretary of the Polish Women's Alliance.

She is survived by her two sons Michael T. Erazmus of France and Stephen J. Erazmus of Australia; her two grandsons Marius T. Erazmus and Sven M. Montreer Erazmus; and many nieces; and nephews. She was predeceased by her five sisters Cecelia Opalacz, Jane Florin, Helen Banack, Stacia Woronik and Mary Pajor.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, at 11 a.m., on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at St. Stanislaus Church in Meriden. Please attend in accordance with CDC guidelines, wear face coverings and practice social distancing. Interment will be private in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Wallingford.
