Joseph F. Galluzzo, 77, died on Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013, at John C. Lincoln Hospital North Mountain Location in Arizona. Born on July 21, 1935, in Meriden, he was the son of the late Dominic and Maria (Circosta) Galluzzo. Joseph was a graduate of Meriden High School class of 1953, and a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force. In the mid 1980's, he relocated to Phoenix, Ariz. Joseph was an avid stamp and coin collector. Joseph is survived by his brother, James Galluzzo and his wife, Judith, of Meriden; two sisters, Rose Rhoades, of Meriden, Carmel Harrison, of Stratford; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother and sister-in-law, Salvatore and Valerie Galluzzo.
