Obituary

Anne D. Jagielski, 98, beloved wife of the late Philip Jagielski died on July 24, 2015 at her home in Ocala, FL. Born on April 15, 1917 in Meriden, she was the daughter of the late Valentine and Anna (Zymula) Dudek. A longtime resident of Meriden, Anne attended local schools and was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Church. She worked for New Departure from where she retired after many years of service. Anne is survived by her nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her sisters: Bernice Straub, Helen Wanat and her brothers: Thomas and Joseph Dudek. Her funeral will be held on Monday August 3rd at 9:30 a.m. from the Stempien Funeral Home, 450 Broad St., Meriden, when the funeral cortege will proceed to St. Stanislaus Church for a Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Monday morning August 3rd from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. at the Stempien Funeral Home.
