Andrea S. Mosier, 63, died unexpectedly on Saturday June 25, 2016 at MidState Medical Center. She was the wife of Timothy A. Mosier, her loving husband of 37 years.

Born on August 24, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Nancy "Anna" (Wanto) Smith. Andrea was a lifelong resident of Meriden, she was a graduate of St. Rose School and Maloney High School Class of 1970. Andrea worked at the International Silver Company, she was part owner and operated Partners Realty in Meriden, she worked for the Bradley Home, and was employed as an account clerk in the transportation department for the Meriden Board of Education from where she retired. Andrea was secretary of the Meriden Soccer Club during the years her children played soccer. Most important to her was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Andrea is survived by her two sons: Jacob J. Mosier and his fiancé Cassie, James T. Mosier all of Meriden; her daughter Amanda J. Hurst and her husband Jaye of Cheshire; two sisters: Elaine Lewis, Teri Harrington both of Meriden; six cherished grandchildren: Riley Mosier, Annabelle Bennett, Samantha Sichau, Joel Hurst, Rosalie Hurst, Cecelia Mosier, several nieces and nephews, and other loved family members. She was predeceased by her infant daughter Moaira; a brother Thomas "T. J." Smith; her sister Linda Irzyk and two nephews: Matthew Harrington and Tommy Lewis.
