Ana Ocasio, 79, of Waterbury, passed away peacefully, Saturday, November 23, 2024, surrounded by her loving family in the comfort of her home.

Ana was born in Cayey, Puerto Rico, April 5, 1945, a daughter of the late Luciano Ocasio and Santos Cortijo.  Ana was a loving, caring and amazing wife, mother and grandmother.  She will be truly missed and remembered for her love of family.

She is survived by her children, Wanda Lopez and her husband Angel Fuentes; Leesett Rosado and her husband Antonio, Elizabeth Lopez and her husband Luis Perez, Marilyn Pettway and her husband Craig, and Gilberto Mojica; 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her daughter Ada Antonelli; her husband Gilberto Mojica; and her great grandson Jay-J.

A graveside prayer service will be held Friday, November 29, 2024 at 2 p.m. in Walnut Grove Cemetery, (Sec.17) in Meriden.
